Portfolio and promotional use

Selected photographs and films may be used by default in my portfolio, on my website and social media, and in promotional materials. Please tell me before booking if you have any privacy requirements so we can agree them in writing.

Storage and service providers

This website is hosted through Sites. Enquiries are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to my Gmail inbox. These providers process the information needed to operate the website and deliver your message. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to respond and provide the requested service.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, booking administration, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
